Takeoffs on jobs

A takeoff can belong to a Simpro job as well as a quote, and comes across when a quote becomes a job.

• In New project, choose Update a job under Simpro quote or job and type its number, or open the takeoff from the job in Simpro.
• When a quote with a takeoff becomes a job, opening the job brings the takeoff across as its own copy, with the plans, marks and items. The quote's takeoff isn't changed.
• Update job adds the takeoff's lines to the job's cost centres. On a service job (which has one section in Simpro), they go into that section.
• Jobs don't have Good, Better and Best options.
• A job with a site has Site map in the header: see Site asset maps.
