Good, Better and Best

Turn on Offer Good / Better / Best to give the customer three options. Each cost centre gets a price for each option; click a price to recommend it. Jobs don't have options.

Pricing

On the right: the price tier, Markup %, Discount %, Fee %, the Labour rate, Fit time and tax codes, with the total, cost and margin (red under 25%). Reset to customer defaults undoes your changes.
